How does it cool without electricity?

The ORYSA Cooling Mat uses pressure-activated ice-silk technology. When your dog lies down, their body weight activates the cooling gel inside the mat, which absorbs and disperses body heat. No water, no refrigeration, no power needed — it recharges itself automatically between uses.

What size does my dog need?

XS (40×30cm) — Cats & toy breeds (Chihuahua, Yorkie)
S (50×40cm) — Small dogs (French Bulldog, Pug)
M (62×50cm) — Medium dogs (Beagle, Cocker Spaniel)
L (70×55cm) — Large dogs (Labrador, Golden Retriever, Husky)
XL (100×75cm) — Giant breeds or two pets (German Shepherd, Great Dane)

Is it machine washable?

Yes! The ORYSA Cooling Mat is fully machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. The scratch-resistant surface holds up to regular washing.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from our warehouse with tracking included. Delivery to the US takes 7–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Standard shipping is free on all bundle orders.
